Fit. Quest. The Ottawa Athletic Club is excited to announce our new partnership with Fit. Quest, under the direction of sports performance coach and NHL Strength and Conditioning coach, Chris Schwarz (Ottawa Senators). Fit. Quest. Their years of successful service has been due to the unique blend of science, facilitation, and communication that is incorporated into all their programs from team training to personal training. Individuals and sports teams trust Fit. Quest to help them reach. Their evidence- based approach to personal training and athlete training is ahead of its time. Fit. Quest personal trainers and sports performance trainers have extensive education and experience in elite athlete training, kinesiology, and strength and conditioning training. Fit. Quest will develop a program that will complement the athletic development needs of your team or group. Fit. Quest coaches will communicate with team coach or manager to review practice and playing schedule as well as review training priorities. The training components in our sports team and athletic club training programs include: Speed. Agility. Power. Strength. Stability. Energy system. Athleticism. Nutritional guidance. The purpose of the Advanced Tactical Athlete Conditioning program is to provide unit leaders the tools to increase tactical fitness and decrease injury rates in order to optimize the readiness of the Soldier. Welcome to the Century College! One of the key requirements of a good soccer team is conditioning and the key to any conditioning program is the ATHLETE. No matter how good the program may be, nothing is truly accomplished. Youth Athlete Conditioning Program. The next session of youth conditioning will run from April 11-May 16th on Mondays from 4-5pm at Spark Fitness. This is a 6-week session for kids ages 8-14. Spaces are limited to 10. Athlete Development Program. Athlete development program works with young focused athletes to reach their athletic goals to build confidence and success in their sport. Training will consist of supervised group sessions ( maximum of 8 athletes per group) up to 3 days of training per week. All athletes fill out a fitness needs assessment form, but are also encouraged to perform the functional assessment give them a better idea of their inefficiencies. The goal of this program is to improve participants performance in their particular sport. The training components in Fit. Want better conditioning?
